Creative English workshops
Creative English Workshops in Bangkok. This workshop is ideal for preschoolers. Children will learn early-stage English in a different, creative, and more interesting way. I offer multi-sensory games for children that are appealing to all five senses (hearing, smell, sight, touch, and taste). In this English workshop, they will brush up their English vocabulary (shapes, colours, parts of body, emotions, everyday objects, texture) through multi-sensory play. And create a 3D self-portrait to convey their unique personality using imagination and household products and knick-knacks.
The children will take home their self-portrait which they can use to decorate their room or learning space. Activities of this workshop will change, and it may be inside or outside, weather permitting and will depend on the age of the children, the level of a child’s English language speaking abilities.
The duration of this English workshop is 2,5 hours. The location in Bangkok is shared once the workshop has been booked.
We will begin this English workshop with a storytime about faces and how to spot them.
Afterwards, we will go on a ‘Sherlock Holmes’ adventure. This is an outdoor activity where we will be looking for faces everywhere in ordinary objects, and capturing the ‘evidence’ in a form of a drawing or a phone camera.
After that, we will be creating a self-portrait using different materials and knick-knacks that are available. Help your kids bring their own too, by simply choosing some safe, and child-friendly household objects, and toys along. The more, the better in this case.
After this, we will be looking at each other’s self-portraits and sharing thoughts. And expanding on our ideas, creative understanding, and English literacy.
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to take home their creations and new founds skills.
